Mountain Falls Golf Club is now accepting reservations for your next special event, banquet, wedding ceremony and/or reception, rehearsal dinner, bachelor and bachelorette party, corporate or private event and business meeting.

WEDDING CEREMONIES
Have your ceremony in our landscaped court yard setting or in our lovely banquet room with views of our spectacular golf course and Mount Charleston.

The Mountain Falls Wedding Ceremony Includes:

• One-hour use of courtyard or lakeview ceremony site
• Two-hour use of bridal room for bride and attendants (includes complimentary bottle of champagne, bottled water and snacks)
• Wedding arch, three foot columns and white padded chairs for up to 200 guests
• Wedding ceremony rehearsal

The following services are available through Mountain Falls or may be provided by the client for the ceremony and reception:
Florals, music, photography and wedding cake.

Rental Charges: Unity Candle or Kiddush Cup Table and set up. Unity Candle with tappers, elegant white money box, ring bearer pillow or flower girl basket.

WEDDING RECEPTIONS

The Mountain Falls Wedding Reception includes:

• Four hours use of banquet room
• Round tables of 8-10 guests
• Head table or sweetheart table
• A beautifully created buffet
• 20/20 Dance Floor

Additional Rental Charges:

• Glass hurricane with mirrors and candle
• Additional votives or mirrors
• Cutting & serving of the wedding cake
• Easel
• Gourmet coffee station
• Kneeling bench
• Champagne fountain
• Chocolate fountain
• Floor length white or ivory table linens
• An array of napkin colors to choose from

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit: A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a room and a booking date. All deposits are considered non-refundable unless Mountain Falls Golf Course, LLC. is able to rebook the date at which time $500 of the original deposit will be refunded.

Balance: All remaining balances are due and payable a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Any balances not paid within the 7 days prior to the event may result in the cancellation of said event and loss of the $1,000 deposit. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimums: Due to the capacity of the room, any parties of fewer than 100 people could be subject to an additional room charge.

Holiday Premium: All holiday bookings will be subject to a $1,000 holiday charge (on the holiday).

Policies: All food and beverages will be prepared by Mountain Falls Golf Course, LLC. in our onsite kitchen. No outside catering will be permitted. Rice or confetti not permitted. Subject to a $400 cleaning fee.

Alcohol: All alcoholic beverages will be provided exclusively by Mountain Falls Golf Course, LLC. and all liquor laws will be strictly enforced. Mountain Falls Golf Course, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
